Chris has been in equity administration over for 5 years and is an Equity Compensation Associate (ECA). He started working for Carta, where he fell in love with all things equity. After three years, he left to focus on consulting and administration for some of the largest private companies in the world.
Chris also loves working with new startups to help them structure their equity plans and stock administration the right way from the start.
